Dermaplaning is a form of exfoliation that utilizes a sterile surgical scalpel to gently remove dead skin and vellus hair. It is safe for all skin types, and even for individuals who are pregnant and breastfeeding. With little to no downtime, this service leaves you instantly glowing!
This service can be booked as a dermaplane facial or an add-on to a customized facial.

What do I have to do to prep for this service?
Like any facial or skincare treatment, make sure to stop the use of actives 5-7 days before the services. unsure if your products have actives? Feel free to reach out - we would be happy to assist!
How soon will I see the results?
INSTANTLY! Dermaplaning leaves your skin looking refreshed and glowing! As soon as you leave Aura Esthetics by Kassandra, you will carry the results with you!
How long do the results last?
Results depend on how deep or exfoliation was performed. For most individuals, their skin is radiant for 1.5-2 weeks! Exfoliation with regular at-home products can be resumed after 5-7 days, so make sure to keep exfoliating in between to reduce the buildup of dead skin. Vellus hair may grow back around week 2. If you dermaplane every 3-4 weeks, you can maintain results.
