At Aura Esthetics by Kassandra, client satisfaction, safety, and education are at the heart of everything we do. Please review the following policies for permanent jewelry, waxing, and facial services. These guidelines help ensure a smooth experience and clear expectations for all appointments.

Deposits, Tardiness, and Cancellation Policy
Deposits
​
A 30% deposit of your service is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be used towards your total at the time of checkout. Appointments are not locked in at the desired time until the deposit is paid.
Cancellations
If an appointment is canceled any time before 24 hours prior to the appointment, it may either be rescheduled or a refund of your deposit will be made.If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not receive a refund on your deposit. After 3 last-minute cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required for any future bookings.
No-Shows

If an appointment is no-showed, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. After a second no-show in a 6 month period, clients are restricted from booking for 6 months following the date of second no-show.
Tardiness Policy
​
There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments. After 10 minutes has passed from the start of your appointment time, I reserve the right to shorten service or reschedule appointments if necessary. My priority as an esthetician is to provide a thorough and detail-oriented service. When services are cut short, it is hard for me to complete the service thoroughly, and quality of services provided is imperative to me. Please understand that rescheduling due to lateness is not to inconvenience you, rather to ensure you receive a complete service without it having to be rushed.

Permanent Jewelry Policy
At Aura Esthetics by Kassandra, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-fit permanent jewelry. Please review the following details to understand the services and limitations related to your jewelry purchase.
Reweld Services

Complimentary Reweld (Within 90 Days): One free reweld is available within 90 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Reweld After 90 Days: Rewelds requested after 90 days will incur a $20 service fee.

Fit Adjustments
Over time, jewelry may begin to feel slightly loose due to body movement or natural changes. If you would like your chain tightened or adjusted, we are happy to assist.

Adjustment fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.

If your jewelry becomes caught or displaced, please contact us promptly for assessment.

Chains and Connectors
Chains and connectors are not included in complimentary fixes. If these components fall off or break, they will not be replaced at no cost.

If the damage is believed to be due to a defect in the jewelry provided, a refund may be considered after submission and review of clear photographs.

Final Sale Policy
All permanent jewelry sales are final. Each piece is custom-fit to the client’s body and cannot be resold or reused.

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases of confirmed product defects.

Waxing Touch-Up Policy
We strive for precision and smooth results with every waxing service. If for any reason you notice missed areas after your appointment, we are happy to provide a touch-up.

Complimentary Touch-Ups

If hair is left behind after your waxing service, you may return within 4 days of your original appointment for a free touch-up.

This applies to all waxing services.

Touch-ups are for small missed areas only and must be scheduled in advance. They do not apply to new growth or missed appointments.

Facials & Skincare Treatment Policy
We are committed to supporting your skincare journey through thoughtful, customized treatments. Understanding how your skin may respond is part of the process.
Skin Purging
It is normal to experience some purging after beginning professional skincare, especially if you are new to facials or haven't been consistent with treatments.

Purging may appear as breakouts or skin congestion and is a common detox response.

This is temporary and typically resolves with consistent treatment and proper home care.

Results take time—trust the process as we guide your skin toward long-term improvement

Allergies & Adverse Reactions
All clients complete a consent form prior to treatment to disclose allergies and sensitivities.

If you experience any irritation or an adverse reaction after a service, please notify us as soon as possible.

We will document the reaction and make necessary adjustments for future services to help minimize sensitivity and avoid further issues.
